Candidates must have 2+ years relevant hostess / restaurant management experience in an upmarket Restaurant environment. Must have effective communication and customer relations skills. Will be expected to manage bookings, seat customers, and work the Restaurant floor. Candidates must be self-motivated and ambitious.
