Sales Coordinator Own Vehicle Essential Location: Silverton, Pretoria Salary: R15 000 to R 18000 per month (depending on experience) Start Date: Mid-JanuaryExcellent and proven Sales track record. Strong sales and stock management skillsKey Responsibilities: Coordinate daily sales activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and timeously Assist clients with product information, pricing, queries, and order follow-ups Lead generation, customer follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships Conduct actual sales, including upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals Source new business through prospecting, cold calling, and engaging potential clients Manage and maintain stock levels, including monitoring inventory, identifying shortages, and updating stock records Perform regular stock reconciliations and assist with basic stock forecasting Prepare and update sales and stock reports using Excel Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Assist with basic marketing functions such as social media updates and product postingsSkills & Competencies: Strong sales and stock management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Numerical and analytical ability Proficient in Excel and reporting Effective communication and customer service skills Highly organised, reliable, and proactive.
