Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting function, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
• Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS/GRAP) and NPO financial regulations.
• Support audits, liaising with external auditors and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls and systems.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Completed BCom Accounting degree
• SAIPA or SAICA articles completed
• Proven experience within the NPO sector
• Solid understanding of fund accounting, donor reporting, and NPO compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full financial accounting function, overseeing reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial and statutory requirements.
