Job Description

Minimum requirements: Matric Experience in estate and trust administration within a law firm or fiduciary environment would be ideal Administer deceased estates from start to finish drafting wills, reporting to the Masters Office, and finalising L&D accounts Prepare and process all estate and trust documentation, including trust deeds, resolutions, and compliance records Liaise professionally with executors, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and the Master of the High Court Ensure full compliance with the Administration of Estates Act, Wills Act, and Trust Property Control Act Maintain accurate files, track deadlines, and manage confidential information with discretion Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills would be beneficial Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload would be advantageous Consultant: Millie Olivier – Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen
