About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EU Marketing Manager to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for growing and expanding our European Union sales market. With extensive travel throughout the year, a strong administrative ability, and creative thinking, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies to attract customers from the EU market
Oversee and manage marketing campaigns targeting the EU market
Manage the department’s marketing budget
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents
Collect and analyse industry data to inform and refine marketing and sales strategies
Promote the company’s existing brand and introduce new products to the market
Analyse budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure sales targets are met
Research and develop marketing opportunities by analysing consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and recommending system improvements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a closely related field
Minimum of 5 years’ management experience in Marketing, Tourism, or Public Relations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Additional language skills in German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Italian will be advantageous
Ability to generate new leads and build a strong agent network
Proficiency with digital data analysis tools
