Position: Experienced Mahindra Parts Sales Executive Industry: Automotive Location: Pretoria East
Salary:
Market Related (MIBCO Benefits, No Medical Aid Contribution, No Company Vehicle) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Valid South African Drivers License Senior Certificate SKILLS: Excellent communication skills Able to take instructions and complete tasks Work Independently Take initiative without overstepping boundaries EXPERIENCE: A Min of 4 years experience in a Mahindra Dealership BSI / Evolve DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to perform various tasks such as: Sell parts to customers using skills acquired and according to instructions. Show a minimum growth in turnover of at least the parts price inflation. Call customers according to call cycles and update contact results. Carry out sales promotions as required by management. Ensure that discount parameters are adhered to. Have attended and passed manufacturer and other courses as required. Keep up to date with all matters pertaining to parts business by reading and self-study. Be able to correctly interpret parts. Have high level of product knowledge. Attend to all customers timeously and courteously. Ensure that customer orders are processed as speedily and accurately as possible. Ensure contact with all existing and prospective customers. Identify customer needs accurately. Give quotations accurately and speedily. Return all telephone calls promptly. Liaise with credit control to minimize any potential payment problems. Behave in a courteous manner to all staff, internal and external customers. Handle all customer approaches objectively. Maintain a positive attitude towards the company, customers and the product. Ensure good personal timekeeping. Maintain acceptable dress codes and ensure tidiness of person and environment.
