Job Summary
Our client a global tech firm is seeking a Financial administrator to join their team in Pretoria on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates and a great working environment. Responsibilities Manage relationships with vendors and service providers related to SAP Finance, ensuring that contracts are adhered to, and services meet business needs Vendor management procurement and invoicing Tracking and tracing all IT related procurement, invoice and payments related flows to completion Applying and adhering to financial and operation controls and procedures and general IT administration tasks Must have knowledge of procurement processes Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations Support team in ensuring contracts/licensing and admin up to date Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration Assisting with operational and capital cost processing tasks Assisting with budget cycles Requirements Finance/Audit related Diploma/Degree would be advantageous High level of MS Office proficiency MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint experience preferred Experience on SAP software, invoice management processes and requisition management processes A minimum of 4 years` experience as an IT finance administrator or similar role Knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards Experience in financial & audit reporting Front Desk Management
