About the Role
Liberty Standard Bank Group is seeking Financial Planners to join our rapidly expanding wealth management salesforce with a reputation for excellence. We are committed to providing our clients with quality service and helping them achieve their personal financial goals. As a Financial Planner, you will have the skills and ability to build your own client base and invest in your current network.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and meeting potential clients
- Analyzing financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies, design products, and recommend solutions to help clients meet their financial objectives.
- Completing financial needs analysis on clients
- Reviewing and responding to clients’ changing needs and financial circumstances by creating and implementing an ongoing service plan.
- Protecting, securing, and growing clients’ wealth by providing independent, expert financial advice, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax planning.
- Providing investment opportunities across a broad spectrum of regulated products.
- Monitoring financial market trends to ensure that plans are effective and identifying any necessary updates.
Requirements
- Tertiary Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly desirable.
- Financial Planning Qualifications: RE5, NQF5, CFP, etc. will be beneficial, but not essential.
- Experience: Finance, Financial planning, or Wealth Management experience.
- Personality: Customer-centric & results driven.
- Professional Communication standards: Clear credit record, with no criminal record.
- Valid drivers license (compulsory).
- Own reliable transport (compulsory).

No formal education/certifications are required for this role.
Salary & Benefits
Highly lucrative commission-only earnings. Operating costs like office space, communication, IT, and general office support are included.
