Position Summary:
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Group Payroll Administrator to join our client’s esteemed financial services team in Pretoria. The Group Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll for multiple entities within the organization, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Process payroll for multiple entities within the organization, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes
– Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll processing
– Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and external stakeholders
– Respond to inquiries from employees regarding payroll-related issues
– Maintain accurate records of payroll data, including employee information and payment history
– Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address any payroll discrepancies or issues
– Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and make recommendations for process improvements
– Provide support to the Payroll Manager as needed
Qualifications:
– Certificate in Payroll or equivalent
– Degree in Accounting or Equivalent
– Minimum 6 Years experience within a payroll admin function
– Minimum 5 Years within an Accounting role
– Experience with SAGEX3, Excel etc.
– Be able to travel when required
– Approved to be able to work from home as per agreement with management
– Be flexible to work outside regular working hours when necessary
– Knowledge with Labour Legislation and ayroll Calculations
– Experience with PaySpace would be an advantage (Please note if you have)
