About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Group Payroll Administrator to join our client’s esteemed financial services team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for multiple entities within the organization, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll processing
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and external stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries from employees regarding payroll-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of payroll data, including employee information and payment history
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address any payroll discrepancies or issues
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and make recommendations for process improvements
- Provide support to the Payroll Manager as needed
Requirements
- Certificate in Payroll or equivalent
- Degree in Accounting or Equivalent
- Minimum 6 Years experience within a payroll admin function
- Minimum 5 Years within an Accounting role
- Experience with SAGEX3, Excel etc.
- Be able to travel when required
- Approved to be able to work from home as per agreement with management
- Be flexible to work outside regular working hours when necessary
- Knowledge with Labour Legislation and payroll calculations
Qualifications
Certificate in Payroll or equivalent. Degree in Accounting or Equivalent.
