Handle claims efficiently while ensuring excellent client care. Process policy amendments, renewals, and distribute policy documents. Quote, underwrite, and issue new policies quickly and accurately. Take ownership of office administration and client communication. Minimum Requirements RE5 Qualification and Matric FSCA Registration (Short-Term Personal & Commercial Lines intermediary services without supervision). 5 years experience in underwriting and claims handling. Strong administration and time management skills. Excellent communication skills written and verbal. Computer literacy: MS Office, @work, quoting programmes. Own reliable transport.
