About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and growing financial services firm in Pretoria, is looking for a Debtors Clerk to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a finance/accounting graduate or a student currently completing their qualification.

The company offers full training and a supportive environment to help you build a solid foundation in accounting and debtors administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Capturing of bank transactions on the debtors system

• Performing daily bank reconciliations

• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Managing and resolving client queries

• Preparing and loading monthly debit orders

• Assisting with various accounting-related administrative tasks

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of a diploma or currently completing a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting)

• No prior work experience required full training provided

• Proficient in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)

• Must have own transport
