About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing team in Pretoria. In this role, you will identify, engage, and attract top talent across multiple sectors, supporting our senior recruiters and helping drive successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screening and outreach to potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Work closely with senior recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS
  • Assist in market mapping and research projects
  • Source and engage passive candidates for early engineering roles at startup companies
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Zoom Info for talent identification

Requirements

  • 1 year of work experience
  • NQF
  • Ability to start immediately

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Hiring and Recruiting
  • Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
