Overview: To manage and oversee the companys stock and logistics operations, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory, timely procurement, and efficient coordination of vehicle maintenance and promotional activities. Location: Brummeria, Pretoria Key Responsibilities: Purchase Order Management Create, process, and track purchase orders Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate records of procurement activities Inventory Control Monitor stock levels and movement using Excel spreadsheets Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies Coordinate stock for promotions and special projects Logistics Oversight Track incoming and outgoing orders Ensure proper documentation and delivery schedules Manage logistics-related queries and resolve issues promptly Vehicle Maintenance Coordination Schedule and monitor vehicle services and maintenance Maintain service records and ensure compliance with company standards Reporting & Analysis Generate reports on stock movement, order status, and logistics performance Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Requirements: Proven experience in stock control and logistics (preferably in a clinical/medical environment) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inventory management systems Salary: R20k
