Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategic plan, aligning it with market trends and competitive landscape. This includes setting strategic priorities, identifying new opportunities for growth, and overseeing the development of key initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to best practices. This includes driving process improvements, optimizing resource allocation, and managing risk.
- Financial Performance: Responsible for the company’s operational financial performance, including revenue generation, direct cost management, and profitability. This includes developing and monitoring budgets, analysing financial statements, and making strategic financial decisions.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team. This includes recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and delegating effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, board members, customers, and partners. This includes effective communication, transparency, and proactive engagement.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s market reach and revenue streams across its existing and new products and services.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company’s operations and financial performance. This includes implementing robust risk management processes and procedures.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. This includes overseeing internal controls and governance procedures.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations on the company’s performance to the board of directors and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven record of accomplishment of success in leading and growing businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the business solutions industry.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
