Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategic plan, aligning it with market trends and competitive landscape.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to best practices.
• Financial Performance: Responsible for the company’s operational financial performance, including revenue generation, direct cost management, and profitability.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team.
