The Financial Administrator Intern will support the finance department with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks related to medical services. This role offers hands-on experience in healthcare financial processes, compliance, and record management, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with capturing and maintaining accurate financial and medical billing records
• Support invoicing, claims processing, and payment follow-ups
• Help reconcile accounts, including patient and supplier accounts
• Organize, file, and maintain confidential financial and medical documents
• Assist with basic financial reports and data entry
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and healthcare regulations
• Provide general administrative support to the finance and medical administration teams

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Interest in the medical or healthcare industry
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and email systems)
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and ability to work well in a team
