The successful candidate will take full responsibility for production output, raw materials, quality standards, and team performance.Key Responsibilities (Immediate Needs)Oversee daily production operations with zero downtimeManage monthly raw material replenishmentAssist with formulation and product adjustmentsEnsure strict quality control and complianceMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient production environmentMinimum RequirementsMatric (Grade 12)Strong background in chemical manufacturingProven experience as a Production Manager Skilled in formulation of water-based and waterproofing chemical productsExcellent interpersonal and conflict-management skillsMust be a proactive self-starter with a positive attitudeOwn transportMinimum of 10 years experience Additional Skills / TrainingAdditional skills or training will be advantageous
