Position very urgent to start ASAP.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Preparing court statements and formsDictating Lawyers audio files and written notesManaging records, projects and calendars to make sure everything functions smoothlyTranscribing and proofreading legal documentsIndexing and updating pleadings and discovery bindersCollecting and delivering documentsManaging diaries and making travel arrangements for one or more LawyersSupporting legal research and communicating with vendors, experts, Lawyers, opposing counsel and other staffExperience in Civil and Commercial litigationExperience dealing with Magistrate and High Court Litigation, Debt Collections Strong experience with CaseLines and CourtOnline a mustDiary management for litigation mattersMust have strong attention to detailMust understand the court process on any litigation matterMust have experience with family law, criminal law and commercial lawAll of the above must be 5 years or more experience.Salary between R15 000 to R18 000
