About the Role
Ryncor Auctioneers is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our Property and Auction Division. The successful candidate will provide both operational and administrative support within the property sales, property and asset management, and auction divisions, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with prospective property buyers and clients
- Coordinate and attend property site inspections
- Manage the inventory, upliftment, and administration of movable assets
- Provide administrative and operational support to the property and auction divisions
- Assist with property auctions and auction-day logistics
Requirements
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in property sales, property management, and/or asset management will be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability
- Genuine interest in the property and auction industry
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
