About the Role

Ryncor Auctioneers is seeking a reliable, motivated, and professional candidate to join our Property and Auction Division. As a key member of our team, you will provide operational and administrative support within the property sales, property and asset management, and auction divisions. You will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, coordinating site inspections, managing movable assets, and assisting with residential, commercial, and movable asset auctions.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with prospective property buyers and clients
Coordinate and attend property site inspections
Manage the inventory, upliftment, and administration of movable assets
Provide administrative and operational support to the property and auction divisions
Assist with property auctions and auction-day logistics

Requirements

Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous experience in property sales, property management, and/or asset management is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Valid drivers license is required

Qualifications

Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
