Ryncor Auctioneers is seeking a reliable, motivated, and professional preferably male candidate to join our Property and Auction Division.Position OverviewThe successful candidate will provide both operational and administrative support within the property sales, property and asset management, and auction divisions. The role involves regular client interaction, property site inspections, asset management, and assistance with residential, commercial, and movable asset auctions.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise with prospective property buyers and clientsCoordinate and attend property site inspectionsManage the inventory, upliftment, and administration of movable assetsProvide administrative and operational support to the property and auction divisionsAssist with property auctions and auction-day logisticsMinimum RequirementsComputer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft OfficePrevious experience in property sales, property management, and/or asset management will be advantageousStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and conductHigh level of integrity, reliability, and accountabilityGenuine interest in the property and auction industryWillingness and ability to travel extensively for site inspections and auction eventsValid drivers licenseRemunerationMarket-related and negotiable, based on experience.Submit a comprehensive CV together with a brief cover.
