Job Description

Join the team in a financial hub that manages cash flow, banking, and foreign exchange paymentsensuring seamless financial transactions and optimal liquidity management. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of operational efficiency, responsible for managing foreign exchange payment processes, liaising with clients, resolving payment issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day will involve working with tight deadlines, maintaining client data, and handling sensitive information with accuracy and professionalism. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel), and have strong communication and customer service skills, wed love to hear from you. Requirements: B Com degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification Exceptional attention to detail and time management Strong communication skills and team orientation Ability to solve problems independently Experience in an administrative or operational support role is a plus Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans. The proposed salary for the role is R15k – R18k per month, but can be more if you have some administrative experience.
