Job Description

The purpose of a Parking Attendant is to ensure the safe and efficient flow of traffic in and out of a designated parking area by providing guidance, assistance, and enforcement of parking regulations. This includes guiding customers to available spaces, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring parking areas for any suspicious or illegal activity. Parking Attendant Duties Greet customers and answer their questions Direct customers to parking spaces Provide directions and assistance to customers Monitor parking lot to ensure compliance with regulations Enforce parking rules and regulations Collect fees Issue parking permits Assist drivers with flat tires, jump starts, and lockouts Perform light maintenance tasks Complete paperwork and reports Parking Attendant Skills Customer service Cash handling Parking lot navigation
