RESPONSIBILITIES: Processing of VIP SAGE Payroll Payments of PAYE, UIF, SDL and related payments Processing of wages and salaries approximately 700 employees Input of all payroll earnings and deductions Completion and reconciling of EMP201 and EMP501 reports Completion of mid-year and year end IRP5 functions Create new employees and terminate employees on VIP where required Checking normal and overtime hours as per Time and Attendance System Filing of all relevant documentation Monthly backup, printing of reports and roll over to new period Ensure Company Policies and procedures are followed Maintain and update employee records on the payroll system per approved requests. Maintain a filing system. Printing of payslips on a monthly basis. Capturing of leave forms and conducting leave audits. Do Payroll, SARS, 3 rd party and COIDA payments Liaise with all employees on payroll queries Ensure compliance as per company delegation of authority. Perform ad hoc duties as and when required within reasonable job scope. REQUIREMENTS: Matric Minimum 4 years VIP /SAGE Payroll experience 3 years VIP working experience – not neg Extensive MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook experience SA Citizens Only
