PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO Location: Gezina, Pretoria (Travel required) Companies: Multi-entity group (Hospitality, Property & Operations) Salary: R22 000.00 Start Date; ASAP Overview My client a Multi-entity group (Hospitality, Property & Operations) is urgently recruiting for highly capable, energetic and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO across five dynamic and fast-growing companies within the hospitality, property and operations sector. This is not a “standard admin role.” This position requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments and can think independently, anticipate needs, and keep multiple operations running smoothly. Key Requirements The ideal candidate is: Energetic and highly driven Intelligent with strong problem-solving skills Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented Resourceful and able to find solutions independently Proactive — anticipates needs before being asked Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Adaptable and flexible with changing priorities Professionally confident and able to manage a highly active executive with multiple ongoing priorities Discreet, trustworthy and emotionally intelligent This role requires someone who can provide structure, organisation and calm efficiency within a dynamic and constantly moving executive environment. Minimum Requirements Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential) Own laptop (essential) Willingness to travel between: Gezina (Main Base), Sundown Country Estate – Rustenburg, La Montagne – Hartbeespoort Strong administrative and coordination experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace proficiency Ability to multitask across multiple businesses simultaneously Key Responsibilities Full executive diary and schedule management Travel coordination and logistical planning Meeting coordination, minutes and follow-ups Tracking projects across multiple companies Assisting with operational oversight and reporting Acting as liaison between CEO and management teams Managing confidential information Ensuring accountability on delegated tasks Creating structure, reminders and systems Personality Fit: We are looking for someone mature, grounded and confident, who can: Manage competing priorities Remain calm under pressure Bring structure to complexity Think ahead Take initiative without waiting for instructions If you are someone who enjoys being the “right hand” to a visionary leader and can keep multiple moving parts aligned — this role is for you.
