Job Summary

The purpose of PA and Receptionist is to be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency Minimum requirements: Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. Direct company guest and suppliers to the appropriate staff members. Maintain a general filing system and file correspondence. Assist in preparation of meetings, conferences and telecoms. Provide word processing and secretarial support. Making business travel arrangements for directors and staff. Maintain adequate inventory office supplies. Maintain company car logbook. Supervise the cleaner and driver on their daily duties and responsibilities. Liaise with vendors related to office admin duties (e.g. Vodacom to issue out company cellphone(s) to staff members with such benefit(s)). Liaise with travel agents and Visa agents on International travels and Visas for Directors. Maintain records of all office equipments. Assist the director and senior staff members with all secretarial work. Communicate on international level with potential clients. Consultant: Rethabile Mnisi – Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
