Receptionist Location: Pretoria East Salary: R 10 000 Start Date: Immediately Industry: Frontline / Retail / Office Support About the Role: We are seeking an energetic and professional Receptionist for a vacancy in Pretoria East. This is a frontline position that requires excellent customer service skills, a friendly and well-presented demeanour, and strong administrative ability. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the reception area and welcome all visitors in a professional manner • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails • Handle customer queries and assist clients efficiently • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries • Maintain office supplies and assist with general administrative duties • Perform basic financial tasks such as petty cash handling or invoice processing (advantageous) • Provide administrative support to management and other departments • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics where required Computer Literacy: • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience & Requirements: • Min of 2 years’ experience in a reception, customer service, or an administrative role • Frontline retail experience is an advantage • Basic financial and logistics experience beneficial • Energetic, reliable, and able to work well under pressure Only candidates meeting the minimum requirements will be contacted Must reside in Pretoria.
