Job Description

Minimum requirements: The suitable candidate must have had HR Officers / Payroll reporting to them and must have extensive experience in HR ADMIN, such as Leave Processing, Bonuses, Promotions, Internal Transfers, Performance Management, etcetera Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (Additional Legal and / or Financial qualification – added advantage) Post degree qualification – added advantage 7 years relevant HR experience in a Unionized environment, 5 years in a managerial position Knowledge of applicable legislation and Main Agreements. Proficient in MS Office Suite, Payroll and Time and Attendance systems, Recruitment and Selection, Employment Equity and staff training Responsible for HR functions, HR budget (Budget Establishment – how many people are needed in each role) Policy and Procedures Short and medium term plans for HR functionality Develop and implement HR Communication strategies Consultant: Edna Anderhold – Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
