Requirements:

• 6 to 7 years relevant experience in FMCG or sales environments in a managerial role.
• Relevant diploma or degree at NQF level 7.
• The ability to proactively influence and manage relationships and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and in-store execution.
• Have strong people management experience and problem-solving skills.
• Financial Acumen would be beneficial.
