Job Description

The Removal (Sales) Consultant will be responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities within the removal’s environment. The role focuses on client consultations, costings, site visits, customer service, and accurate administration to ensure a seamless moving experience for clients while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Conduct internal and external sales viewings and costings Deliver high-quality customer service and professional correspondence Prepare monthly sales reports and perform weekly follow-ups Open, manage, and update files for secured moves Attend job visits and client site inspections Complete and submit tender requests accurately and on time Qualifications and Accreditations: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification with Mathematics Valid drivers license (minimum code 8) Requirements: Previous sales or customer service experience Computer literacy on Google web-based applications, Excel and Word Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to respond promptly to requests and remain flexible in approach Deadline-driven with the ability to assess and streamline processes effectively Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
