What you will do:

       Identify automation opportunities and help shape our future RPA landscape

       Design, model, and document dynamic RPA solution specifications

       Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements

       Champion process optimisation and continuous improvement across the organisation

       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact automation solutions Provide expert advice and support, ensuring long-term sustainability of RPA initiatives

       Influence stakeholders and help embed new thinking and innovation

       Ensure governance, quality, and compliance in all delivered work

Requirements

What you bring:

Were looking for someone who is both analytical and innovative, with a strong automation mindset:

       Diploma in Business Analysis or relevant bachelors degree

       46 years experience in business analysis or a similar environment

       23 years experience specialising in RPA solutions

       Strong proficiency in process modelling tools

       Ability to write clear, comprehensive functional specifications

       Exposure to RPA platforms especially Microsoft Power Platform
