Requirements: Minimum 23 years experience in vehicle sales (used vehicle experience highly advantageous) Proven ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment Strong negotiation, closing, and customer engagement skills Ability to source and convert leads independently Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Valid drivers license Clear criminal and credit record Key Responsibilities: Selling pre-owned vehicles in a high-volume environment Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery Handling walk-in customers, leads, and follow-ups Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives Ensuring excellent customer service and CSI standards Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets Package & Benefits: Competitive basic salary Lucrative commission structure High stock turnover and strong sales support Opportunity for growth within a national automotive group
