• Actively sell printing products and services, including license plates, signage, banners, packaging, and promotional material.
• Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
• Generate new business through cold calling, follow-ups, and client outreach.
• Prepare and send accurate quotations and follow up to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Liaise with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and delivered correctly.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ sales experience, preferably in the printing, signage, or branding industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to understand printing products, specifications, and customer needs.
• Confident using email, WhatsApp, and Lightspeed or quotation systems.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transport is an advantage
