Job Description
- Actively sell printing products and services, including license plates, signage, banners, packaging, and promotional material.
- Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
- Generate new business through cold calling, follow-ups, and client outreach.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations and follow up to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Liaise with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and delivered correctly.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ sales experience, preferably in the printing, signage, or branding industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to understand printing products, specifications, and customer needs.
- Confident using email, WhatsApp, and Lightspeed or quotation systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transport is an advantage
