About the Role
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the general wellbeing of the buildings within their portfolio, ensuring that properties/buildings are at all times safe, healthy, and fully functional. This role requires a proactive approach to compliance with company policy, National Facilities Management Strategy, and industry regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for executing and monitoring Service Level Agreements and signed leases.
