About the Role
Our client in Sales Industry is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their team. As a Sales Representative, you will represent the company’s products and services, leveraging your exceptional knowledge of MS Office and proven sales success rate at levels exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Present the weekly report on customer visits in the past week as well as the customer visit plan for the next week at the weekly Coordination Meeting.
- Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all sales and service categories offered.
- Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years as Sales Representative
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Personal integrity
- Minimum grade 12 qualification
- Proven Sales success rate at levels exceeding targets
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
