Job Summary
Controller clocking to be checked daily; Arranging and attending weekly operations meetings; Conducting investigations and drafting incident reports; Digital system to be developed and put in place; Service Level Agreements Clients; Supplier agreements; Assist with action plans; Fleet management; Vehicle inspection Getting approval from CEO regarding suppliers Audit Reports for Clients; Assist with inspections; Proposals / Tenders and Quotation; Day to day running of the company i. Dispute resolution ii. Feedback on outstanding issues iii. Client assistance Daily management of site visits. Assisting with shift change Manage control room Check clock-in times for Head Office staff. Manage admin staff on staffing and shortages Manage supervisor daily routes Ensure Admin and HR complete daily tasks Provide daily report to CEO Ensuring all compliance for the company is up to date Making sure all equipment is in working order Weekly panic tests Ensuring installation of new equipment is done timeously Getting quotations from suppliers as required and negotiating best possible price Making sure Easy Roster is updated at all times Ensuring uniforms are signed out and keeping track of stock pertaining to uniforms
