JOB DESCRIPTION
The Security Site Manager’s primary purpose is to protect the assets of the company.
He/She will also have to conduct:
- Daily inspection of security equipment
- Maintain security standards
- Conduct weekly searches
- CCTV reviews
- Training of security staff
- Report writing
- Incident/ accident investigations.
- Liaise with clients and external role players
- Deployment of security staff
QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
- 5 years supervisory experience in the Security Sector.
- Computer literate – full Microsoft suite and CCTV programs
- Report writing skills
- Investigative skills
- Drivers license and own, reliable transport is essential.
- PSIRA Grade A registered
QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES:
- Able to liaise professionally with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Hard-working and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to work overtime.
- Disciplined to apply company policies and procedures.
- Willing to work irregular hours and overtime.
- In good health and physical stature.
