About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator – Purchasing (Summer Grain) to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, planning, and communication skills, with experience in procurement and contract management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Drafting of physical purchase contracts
- Stock Control & Monitoring : Ensure that stock on the company’s system matches the stock on Cooperatives’ systems
- Preparation & handling of invoices: Preparation and manage invoices for payments to suppliers/producers for purchased stock
- Transaction Control: Daily verification that all purchase-side transactions are accurately captured in the system
- Ensure transactions align with SAFEX trades (South African Futures Exchange)

- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
