Job summary Collecting due monies and maintaining debtors accounts. Providing support to the operations function. Responsibilities Responsible for general admin duties related to debtors Invoicing of debtors on Pastel Control cash and trade debtors Correctly reconcile and allocate payments Investigate and clear all queries arising on processing of remittance Follow up and report outstanding accounts File and maintain documents on all transactions associated with recyclers, cash and trade debtors Daily reporting on debtors & overdue accounts Provide support to financial manager Other ad-hoc duties Requirements Grade 12 Knowledge of MS Office & good knowledge of Excel Minimum 5 Years experience in the field Experience with Pastel Evolution is a preference Completed relevant financial degree / diploma Employment will be implemented in accordance with the Employment Equity Act.
