What youll do

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of advanced RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

• Analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for scalable automation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust automation solutions.

• Mentor and guide junior/intermediate RPA developers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.

• Maintain, monitor, and optimise RPA bots to ensure maximum reliability and performance.

• Ensure all automation solutions comply with SARS governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy policies.

• Document solutions, develop training materials, and provide expert support to end-users and stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the RPA Centre of Excellence.

• Influence strategic automation decisions and propose innovations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes.

Must-have experience & qualifications

• Relevant bachelors degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related).

• 7+ years software development experience, including 5+ years in RPA development.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate.

• Deep expertise in Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, .NET Framework, VBScript, JavaScript.

• Strong understanding of process analysis, business analysis, and scalable automation design.

• Experience integrating AI/ML into automation solutions is highly advantageous.

• Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders.
