Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and OLAs. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly. Continuous Service Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance service quality and delivery processes. Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure seamless execution. Incident Management: Take ownership of critical incidents, ensure timely resolution, and provide clear communication to all stakeholders. Performance Monitoring: Track service delivery metrics and drive initiatives to maintain and improve performance standards. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on service performance for internal and external stakeholders. Compliance: Ensure all service delivery processes comply with health & safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration , Information Technology , or a related field. ITIL certification or similar service management qualification (essential). Proven experience in service delivery management , preferably in a technology or service-driven industry. Experience in managing technical teams and working in client-facing roles. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in service management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.
