Job Summary
SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR NEASA Labour Compliance (Pty) Ltd seeks the services of an experienced Skills Development Facilitator in Pretoria.
Responsibilities:
Provide a broad range of consulting services to facilitate compliance with the Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levies Act, and various SETA policies and guidelines.Submitting WSP/ATRs and discretionary grant applications to various Setas; andSubmitting EE reports to the Department of Labour. Experience in handling EE queries and other EE matters will be advantageous.
Minimum
Requirements:
Candidates must be in possession of a Skills Development Facilitator qualification.Tertiary qualification will be advantageous.2+ years experience as a Skills Development Facilitator.Valid vehicle drivers license and own reliable vehicle.Marketing skills.Computer literate.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Able to work under pressure, with high levels of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.Strong, confident personality.Proven track record with available references required.A competitive salary will be offered to successful candidates.Should you meet the above requirements, kindly submit your CV to The National Employers Association of South Africa
