MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 Certificate and a Minimum of 1 year experience in Supply Chain Management Environment RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative support in terms of drafting and formatting submissions Provide support in terms of arranging logistics for workshop meeting Minute taking of all meetings under SCM Coordinate and compile all necessary information and documents and submit to relevant directorate Manage and maintain the document tracking system in sub-directorate: SCM Provide Client Relation Management Services: Implement the CRLR Client Relations Management Policy Framework. Keep records of all documents for the SCM Unit Provide administrative assistance with processes to administer services level agreement with client Liaise with Legal Unit for vetting contracts Drafting internal memorandums correspondence letters and facilitate in the process of signing of contract
