The ideal candidate will be a career secretary, not an aspirant legal practitioner, as the focus of this role is entirely on secretarial and administrative support. Qualifications Matric Paralegal Diploma or relevant secretarial qualification (Diploma or Certificate) Skills The successful candidate will possess the following: Experience and knowledge of court processes and proficiency with online platforms, such as Caselines, Court Online, Windeed, CIPC Strong administrative and office management skills, including filing, document management, and general administrative support Proven experience in Dictaphone typing with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with the Lexpro bookkeeping system is highly preferable and will be a significant advantage
