Sound and extensive knowledge of Human resource management Duties: Responsible for compiling the HR department budget according to HR standards Conduct research and develop short- and medium-term plans for the region’s H R functionality Co-ordinate Training and development of staff developing and maintaining HR policies and internal procedures & processes Ensure legal compliance on all aspects of the personnel function with special attention to POPIA.
