About the Role
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies for our woodworking equipment portfolio. You will have the opportunity to develop new clients, build strong relationships with existing ones, and contribute to the company’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the marketing and sales of woodworking equipment (such as engraving machines, panel saws, edge banding machines, circular saws, etc.)
- Develop new clients (including furniture factories, wooden door factories, cabinet factories, woodworking processing plants, etc.) and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Follow up on the entire sales process, including demand matching, price negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection
- Collect industry trends, competitor information, and customer feedback, and promptly report them to the company
- Participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and product market share
- Cooperate with the after-sales team to complete equipment installation, commissioning, user training, and other follow-up support work
Requirements
Skills and experience required for this role include:
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with the woodworking industry is an advantage
Qualifications
Formal education/certifications required for this role include:
- A relevant degree or diploma (e.g. business, marketing, engineering)
- Relevant industry experience is highly recommended
Salary & Benefits
