About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Financial Accountant to join our team in Randburg. As an ERP/Oracle expert, you will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate data management. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of R60 000 ctc plus performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Dashboard publication for bookings and revenue
  • Price list management
  • Service P&L preparation and cost analysis
  • Updating price stick tool to include all product lines
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliations
  • Prepare Blackline reconciliation for review (± 60 recons)
  • Prepare Cross Charge and unbilled amount reconciliations
  • Issue ICO invoices on Oracle
  • Payroll Check output and approve journal entry
  • Payroll Release payment on Citi Bank
  • Load budget into OS
  • Oracle Support: Load New Suppliers and employees
  • New Vendor Screening
  • Oracle Support Standard Costing Roll forward
  • Bank Transactions: Load ICO and 3rd party Supplier Payments onto Citi Bank
  • Invoicing
  • Credit Notes
  • Manual Delivery Notes

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Degree in Cost / Management Accounting
  • Cost Analysis experience in Water Solutions / Manufacturing
  • Strong ERP Systems experience (Oracle or any other related)
  • MS Excel Super User
  • Strong Pivot Tables skills
  • Strong experience with V-Looks
  • Oracle experience (advantage)
