Job Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to join their team for a 6 month period. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of projects, overseeing financial processes, compliance, and project coordination.
Requirements:
- Matric and a qualification in Project Management or Administration
- 3 5 years of experience in Project Management Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Support project teams with administrative and financial processes
- Assist with tender preparation, submission, and documentation management
- Track project budgets, expenditures, and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain and update project systems, documentation, and progress reports
- Coordinate job planning, scheduling, and supplier orders
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain H&S files
- Act as a key point of contact for project communications and stakeholder coordination
