Our client, a leading innovator in financial wellness and inclusion, has developed a platform that enables employees to access their already earned wages early (EWA). They are now looking for a QA Test Engineer to join their team.

Requirements:

• A QA/Test Engineer qualification.
• A BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
• Proven experience (3+ Years) as a Quality Assurance Tester/Test Engineer or similar role.
• Experience with:
  • Project Management & QA methodology
  • Agile frameworks
  • Regression testing
  • SQL
  • Java for automation purposes (e.g., Selenium, Appium or similar)
  • Test Management Software e.g. Testrail (or similar software)
  • Jira (or similar)
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases under varying circumstances.
• Document and evaluate test results.
• Detect, log, and report program bugs and glitches.
• Track defects and assist in troubleshooting errors.
• Review test procedures and develop test scripts.
• Collaborate with engineers to drive QA efforts.
