About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Queenstown. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing existing accounts, and driving new business through networking and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that current customers are serviced according to predetermined schedules.
- Update customer information according to company requirements.
- Provide accurate sales reports.
- Conduct territory development through networking and cold calls.
- Manage payment collections and credit control.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a relevant industry.
- Knowledge in the Metal industry is an advantage.
- Key account management experience will be advantageous.
- Matric or equivalent.
- Legal and valid driver’s license with no endorsements.
