– Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets – Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and promote Metrofibre products and services – Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions to customers – Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers – Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Matric IT background or qualification Preferably in possession of an A+, N+, MCSE or CCNA qualification Previous ISP experience IT trouble shooting skills including an ability to perform remote troubleshooting 2 to 3 years Telecommunication knowledge and experience Experience of website navigation functionalities, technology savvy Criminal clear Computer literate Excellent listening skills Willingness to learn Problem-solving skills Attention to detail
