About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Director. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage sensitive information with discretion, and communicate confidently at executive level. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director and will operate independently from the general administrative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s diary, meetings, and appointments
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Prepare professional documents, proposals, quotations, and reports
- Follow up on actions, deadlines, and client communications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and service providers
- Maintain well-organised digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with invoicing, record-keeping, and basic administrative support
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
