Procurement Administrator Randburg Sandton Johannesburg
Our client is looking for a Procurement Administrator from an engineering/manufacturing industry with 3 years plus experience.
Salary: Negotiable
Minimum Requirements:
Matric and A procurement/ supply chain or any related qualification
Procurement Software & Microsoft Office/Excel experience
3 years Procurement Administration experience
Supply Chain experience from raw to distribute
Key Responsibilities:
Obtain quotes and raise purchase orders
Renaming invoices and reconciliation of supplier statements
Maintain supplier relationships.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.
Check stock availability at our warehouse before placing orders.
Update warehouse stock sheet
Assist with stock counts.
Maintain documentation in folders, including delivery notes.
Update spreadsheets, raw ordering sheets/order and delivery information
Weekly meetings with project managers on finances and budgets
Help to manage COD payments.
Work with project managers and engineers
